We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Manager to lead our Air Ticketing, Tours, and Travel operations at our Deira, Dubai office.
#Key Responsibilities:
?Oversee daily travel and ticketing operations.
?Manage flight bookings, reservations, and tour packages.
?Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
?Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners.
?Supervise and train ticketing/travel staff.
?Achieve sales targets and manage budgets.
#Requirements:
?Minimum 3-5 years of experience in air ticketing, tours, and travel.
?Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre). ?Strong knowledge of international travel regulations and visa processes. ? Excellent communication and leadership skills.
?IATA certification preferred.
