Job Description
To assist the Communications Director and Head ADSW in implementing a communications strategy designed to help raise the profile of ADSW in the UAE and internationally, promote ADSW key messages, position the event as a thought leadership platform, and ensure that ADSW becomes the event of choice for sustainability and increase the diversity of attendees.

Job-Specific Skills:
- At least 8 years of experience in communications and marketing
- Proven track record in the management of cross functional teams
- Clear understanding of the media landscape and proven experience of working with international journalists
- Background in sustainability and the clean energy sector (advantageous)
- Experience in the UAE gaining strong knowledge and understanding of local rules, regulations, systems and processes related to real estate development and investment
Job-Specific Skills:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work in a dynamic fast paced, diverse environment.
- Well-spoken with an expertise and comfort level in dealing with high level executives, government officials and media
- Ability to develop strategies and corporate positioning successfully
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple on-going projects
- Ability to persuade and influence decision makers to implement initiatives
- Capability to manage assigned budgets accordingly
- Extremely organized, highly disciplined and can manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion
