To formulate monthly targets for admissions and implement strategy for meeting targets.

Responsibilities

To formulate monthly targets for admissions and implement strategy for meeting targets.
Carry out market research, competitor analysis and customer surveys and develop key market insights. Utilize these insights in developing our sales/admissions strategy.
Manage the team for generating and contacting leads and consistent follow up. All leads would be managed on an automated platform, keeping all leads updated with latest transactions.
Execute various marketing events, activations, conferences, seminars and expos related to education and generate qualified leads.
Organize regular town hall meetings with prospective parents with the objective to maximize admissions.
Identify new ways to reach target audience.
Understand media references, market trend and report shifts at the marketplace.
Develop a robust reporting system with a daily/ weekly update to the management representing the status of leads in a comprehensive way with quarterly forecasts.

Skills Description

Bachelor's degree with additional degree in management
Good experience in B2C selling, preferably with experience in education or training.
Ability to deal with situations with strategic approach.
Must have excellent communication skills and pleasing personality.
Excellent inter personal skills with the ability to work as a team member.
Open to travel.
