BA, BCom, BBA, MBA, MCom and related programs

. We work in collaboration with

Mangalayatan University

to guide working professionals and fresh graduates into flexible, outcome-driven programs--including one-year MBA options--delivered via online and blended formats.

Mission:

Build and run the end-to-end engine--from lead gen to paid admissions--by hiring a small, high-output team and installing clear SOPs.

You will

Hire, train, and manage 2-4 admissions counselors + 1 field activation exec. Own the marketing mix (Meta/Google/YouTube + on-ground activations, partnerships). Run the sales funnel in Zoho (stages, cadences, SLAs, dashboards). Hit monthly admissions targets and improve CPA month-on-month. Set up weekly rhythms: performance review, training, campaign optimizations, events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
