05 - 10 Years' experience in HR & Administration (Only for male applicants)
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of administration, employee grievances, timekeeping payroll, and other administrative tasks.
Interprets organization HR policies and procedures and advises on their application and compliance with all employees.
Ensures the issuance of employee contracts on a timely basis.
Responds to and guides all employee inquiries and grievances related to company policies and procedures.
Provide administrative reports to the senior management on a daily basis on HR-related activities of the organization.
Keeps all information confidential in order to protect the organization's reputation.
Provides timely and accurate data to initiate the payroll process for the accounts department.
Effectively responding to complaints and queries on payroll.
Facilitating reconciliations of various invoices and other payments with accounts department on a monthly basis.
Administering full and final settlements and end of service benefits.
Manages the tasks and responsibilities of all absent peers and junior colleagues in a committed manner.
