The role will undergo comprehensive theoretical and practical training in the role of a manager as part of the MT program and based on the assessment after the training period to assume a full time permanent management role in the future. The training period would involve working on the revenue target of assigned store/ stores, maintaining and enhancing the store operations and guest services, handling administrative tasks and ensuring compliance to the pre-established Standards of Procedures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial
Understand the brand operations, process and the objectives to support on the achievement of revenue targets of assigned store/ stores
Learn the revenue mechanism and work towards increasing the revenue per store and revenue per team member by ensuring optimal and stretched staffing and increasing the Average Unit Value
Familiarize with Stock management and ensure the stocks are maintained as per the company standards and there is always zero negative stock variance
Know the cost control system and work towards controlling the expenses of the assigned store and ensure optimal spent and contribute to the store profitability
Customer
Focus on Customer service excellence and ensure our guests are constantly delighted with polite, respectful, friendly and effective service
Support the team to increase the guest satisfaction scores and there are Zero guest complaints.
Participate in resolving guest complaints in a positive manner that will not compromise our brand image
Internal Business Process
Familiarizing the standards and ensure all the set internal processes pertaining to Food Safety, Cleanliness, Hygiene, SOPs, Tools and Equipment\'s by GFAB and the principal brand are always followed and excelled.
Conduct all required checklists/ audits daily
Help ensuring effective cash control
Help manager completing daily reports and administrative tasks
People
Supporting proper staff rota and people management to cover peak hour requirements.
Understand the disciplinary system and ensure employee discipline is maintained at all times
Ensure the team members are driven by integrity and there are no cases of pilferage or stock variance
Requirements:
Graduate from a reputed Hospitality management institute
