The opportunity
We are proud to announce that G42’s Accelerator program is now accepting applications for its second cohort! Spanning across an 18-month duration, the program is carefully curated to develop and build the UAE’s future tech leaders. As a part of this Management Trainee program for fresh Graduates, you will have the opportunity to equip yourself with critical, in-demand behavioral and technical skillsets and relevant knowledge to build a structured career path.

Qualifications:
Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.- Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
- Working on team’s live projects and day-to-day work
- Observing and learning from experienced staff members.
- Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.
- Fulfilling any requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the traineeship.
- Following all company regulations, and health and safety codes.
- Understanding how a company operates
- Supporting managers with various tasks

- Be a recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree from one of the below disciplines:
- Computer Engineer
- Information technology
- Finance
- Business Analytics
- Business Administration
- Electrical Engineering
- Mathematics
- Physics
- Human Resources
- Law
- CGPA criteria: 3.3 and above
- Work experience : 0 to 2 years
- Good communication skills
- IELTS score : 6+
