Key Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 18 to 24 month development journey combining learning, rotations, and project delivery
• Complete leadership and management training aligned to international certification standards
• Contribute to critical strategic projects and deliver outcomes through a capstone initiative
• Rotate across functions to gain cross-functional exposure and business understanding
• Engage in mentoring and shadowing with senior leaders and managers
• Participate in quarterly performance reviews and development planning
• Support business units during rotations with analysis, execution, and reporting
• Present project outcomes and insights to senior management and leadership forums

Ideal Profile

• UAE National with a bachelor's or master's degree in business or a related discipline
• High potential graduate or early-career professional with strong motivation to grow into leadership roles
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and perform in a dynamic banking environment
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions
