About the role

As a Management Trainee, Finance, you will enroll in our fast track 12-month management development program, within the Finance department, to develop the skills and knowledge which will ideally enable you to step into an Assistant Manager position at the end of the program, within the Finance department. The structure of the program comprises of 6 months training in Finance, 4 months cross exposure to other business divisions, and 1 month of specialisation. The program also includes special projects, sessions with a mentor, as well as extensive feedback and frequent evaluations to develop skills and knowledge.

You will also complete all assigned tasks, assist with day-to-day operations, participate in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities, as well as observe and learn from experienced team members. You will gain knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes, and work on project coordination: follow-up, documentation & communication for projects, and at times create and deliver presentations.

About you

The successful Management Trainee, Finance candidate will have a bachelor\'s degree in finance, or similar, have previous internship experience within the finance industry, or the hospitality industry with a focus on finance. As well as have exception communication skills, being fluent in English, both written and spoken, and be advanced in MS Excel and be proficient in Microsoft Office.

You will also be personable, friendly, tentative, and empathetic to our employees\' needs, and be professional and well groomed.
