The opportunity

We are proud to announce that G42s Accelerator program is now accepting applications for its second cohort! Spanning across an 18-month duration, the program is carefully curated to develop and build the UAEs future tech leaders. As a part of this Management Trainee program for fresh Graduates, you will have the opportunity to equip yourself with critical, in-demand behavioral and technical skillsets and relevant knowledge to build a structured career path.

Key responsibilities

Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations. * Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.

• Working on teams live projects and day-to-day work
• Observing and learning from experienced staff members.
• Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.
• Fulfilling any requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the traineeship.
• Following all company regulations, and health and safety codes.
• Understanding how a company operates
• Supporting managers with various tasks

Qualifications:

To qualify, you must

• Be a recent graduate with a bachelors degree from one of the below disciplines:

• Computer Engineer
• Information technology
• Finance
• Business Analytics
• Business Administration
• Electrical Engineering
• Mathematics
• Physics
• Human Resources
• Law
• CGPA criteria: 3.3 and above
• Work experience : 0 to 2 years
• Good communication skills
• IELTS score : 6+
