Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven
Management Consultant
to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to identify business challenges, develop strategies, and implement improvements across operations, performance, and organizational structure.Key Responsibilities:
Analyze client business processes, market conditions, and performance data Identify issues and opportunities for improvement Develop and present strategic and operational recommendations Lead or support implementation of business solutions Conduct benchmarking, financial analysis, and feasibility studies Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations for clients Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Ensure delivery of high-quality solutions within set timelines
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred) Minimum 3 years of experience in consulting or advisory roles Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of consulting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or ERP systems) is a plus Experience working with clients in the GCC/UAE region is preferred

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
