A typical day
Agenda and meetings management.
Responsibility for handling the agendas with appointments, bookings and coordination.
Prepare and administer meetings, workshops , events and video conferences.
Responsibility for organizing business travel “travel bookings, arrangements of train tickets, car hire, accommodation and visas.
Administrative support
Handle expense reports
Create and maintain files and records for historical and informational reference soft or hard copies
Keeping records and conducting internal and external documentation (accounting documents and e-mail)
Act as stand-in for other management assistants as needed
Assist when needed in specific topics like for example other management team members coming from abroad (as some travel arrangements, meeting scheduling, practical work place assistance)
