Position Summary You will provide complete administrative support to the General Business Manager in all areas of his job.
A Day in The Life of Management Assistant
Manage daily administrative tasks for General Business Manager.
Filter, distribute and/or deal with internal and external correspondence.
Plan and organize internal and external meetings - agenda, invitations, refreshment etc.
Make and administer travel arrangements, hotel booking and miscellaneous purchases and/or orders.
Manage travel and other expenses.
Create the purchase orders for departments.
What will make you successful...
University degree in Business Administration or Equivalent.
3 years' experience in a similar position.
Excellent communication skills.
Fluent in English.
