Sobha Realty is a leading luxury real estate developer. We are looking for a

Mall Stand Manager

to oversee our promotional stands across Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of Sobha Realty's mall promotional stands. Ensure stands are clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times. Supervise, train, and motivate promoters to meet performance targets. Monitor promoter performance and maintain brand standards. Verify and manage client leads in the CRM system. Guide promoters in converting leads into scheduled site visits. Coordinate with admin and drivers for site visit arrangements. Maintain stock of brochures and marketing materials. Prepare and submit daily activity and performance reports. Address client escalations or operational issues promptly.

Candidate Profile

Proven experience supervising promotional or sales teams (real estate preferred). Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Organized, proactive, and customer-focused. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Able to work independently and manage multiple locations. Flexible to work 6 days a week, including weekends and public holidays (mall hours).
