Oversees the day-to-day operations of the mall, ensuring compliance with Qatari laws, Civil Defence, and municipal regulations
Manage and monitor facilities, maintenance, security, parking, and housekeeping operations efficiently
Serves as the main point of contact for tenants, service providers, and regulatory authorities
Ensures adherence to health, safety, fire, and emergency protocols across the mall
Monitors and controls operational budgets, service charges, and vendor agreements
Supports marketing initiatives and promotional events to boost foot traffic and tenant performance
Maintains high standards of customer service, mall presentation, and overall visitor experience
Leads and supervises mall staff and outsourced teams, ensuring proper training, performance management, and compliance
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Minimum of 15 years of experience in mall management, including at least 5 years in Qatar
Demonstrated expertise in managing mall operations, coordinating leases, handling tenant relations, and overseeing facilities
Strong leadership abilities and experience in managing stakeholders effectively
