Job Summary:

The Mall Leasing Manager is responsible for managing and executing all leasing activities for the mall, ensuring high occupancy rates, optimal tenant mix, and maximized rental income. This includes developing leasing strategies, maintaining tenant relationships, negotiating lease agreements, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement leasing plans and strategies to meet leasing targets and maximize mall revenue. Identify and attract potential tenants that align with the mall's positioning and desired tenant mix. Negotiate and finalize lease agreements, renewals, and amendments in collaboration with legal and finance teams. Manage the leasing process from inquiry to occupancy, including documentation, approvals, and coordination with internal departments. Maintain strong relationships with current and prospective tenants, addressing concerns and ensuring tenant satisfaction. Monitor lease expiry schedules and proactively engage in renewal negotiations. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed on market trends, rental rates, and retail developments. Prepare periodic leasing reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review. Ensure compliance with leasing policies, procedures, and local regulations. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support tenant openings, promotions, and events.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in commercial or mall leasing, with a proven track record. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in leasing software and MS Office Suite. Knowledge of real estate laws, leasing documentation, and retail trends.
