The Ideal Candidate should have: -Have experience and strong knowledge on Heavy Machinery Equipment Rental in UAE -Identify the right prospects / potential clients for Heavy Machinery Equipment Rental -Proven with Marketing Skills -Maintain & develop excellent relationship with existing clients as well as new ones. -Determines/understands customer equipment needs through questioning and qualifying. -Develops more customers for the company. -Obtains all necessary customer information; financing and/or credit, finalizes and secures equipment for dates needed, places the rental order, organizes transportation for orders. -Administers all aspects of rental contracts; accurate rental dates, rates and all ancillary charges, amendments, suspensions, terminations, filing of contracts and related paperwork, and checking invoices and credit memos against contract files -Follows the maintenance request from customers and coordinates with maintenance department. -Creates weekly management reports and provides updates to the General Manager. -Performs other duties as assigned by the General Manager. Candidate Requirements: -Bachelor's degree is requested -Valid UAE Driving License -Should have relevant work-experience on Heavy Machinery Sales Person -Good written and oral communication skills in English -Good computer skills (MS Office) -Positive working attitude and strong people skills with emotional intelligence -Highly organized and pro-active and can work with minimal supervision Job Type: Full-time
