We are looking for a qualified and enthusiastic Male Personal Trainer to join our fitness team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering customized training programs, supporting members in achieving their health and fitness goals, and promoting a safe and motivating workout environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one and group personal training sessions tailored to client needs.
Assess clients' fitness levels and track progress regularly.
Develop safe and effective workout plans focusing on strength, endurance, flexibility, and overall wellness.
Educate members on proper exercise techniques, injury prevention, and healthy lifestyle habits.
Motivate clients to achieve their fitness objectives and maintain consistency.
Ensure the gym floor is safe, clean, and organized at all times.
Stay updated with the latest trends in fitness, nutrition, and training methods.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Certified Personal Trainer from a recognized fitness institution.
Previous experience in personal training or fitness coaching preferred.
Strong communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt training programs to suit various fitness levels.
Physically fit, energetic, and passionate about health and fitness.
CPR and First Aid certification is an advantage.
