You will design and lead safe, effective workouts, build strong client relationships, and contribute to a positive gym culture.
Responsibilities:
Conduct fitness assessments and consultations with new clients
Design personalized training programs based on clients' goals and abilities
Lead one-on-one and/or small group training sessions
Provide motivation, support, and accountability to clients
Maintain accurate session records and track client progress
Promote personal training services to members and help grow your client base
Requirements:
Current Personal Training Certification (NASM, REPS, or similar)
CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Strong knowledge of exercise programming and safe training practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, reliable, and self-motivated
Previous personal training experience is a plus
