Job Description

Require HR-Admin Background, past exp in both HR & Admin level Min 2 - 3 years of experience Good Communication, Professionalism

Flight ticket bookings, coordination for Airport pick up and Drop

General coordination for Company car use

ADDC, DEWA - Payments, handing issues related to the same

Accommodation - Maintenance

Car, Bus service, repair, maintenance - Coordination

Vehicle Registration, Renewal -

PO & GRN creation in SAP- Admin service related

Security service - invoice reconciliation and payment process

Imdaad, KEZAD skip - invoice reconciliation and payment process

Gate pass - Jafza

Other Country Visa Process - If any request arrises from Sales team

Any other Adhoc task

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED7,000.00 per month
