Job Description

Are you passionate about nurturing talent and ensuring smooth operational functions within a dynamic work environment? We're on the lookout for a versatile and dedicated individual to join our team as an HR cum Admin Specialist!

Responsibilities:



Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding new talent. Coordinate employee relations activities, including performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and employee engagement initiatives. Oversee HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company standards. Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining office supplies, managing schedules, and organizing meetings and events. Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration. Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide timely and effective support.

Qualifications:



Proven experience in HR functions and administrative support roles. Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Experience:



Real estate: Minimum 6 months Required.

Ability to commute/relocate:



Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Experience:

Hr cum Admin in Real Estate: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:

* English and Hindi (Preferred)
