Key Responsibilities
:
Manage employee records, documentation, onboarding, and offboarding
Assist with recruitment, job postings, screening, and interview coordination
Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and coordinate with PRO for visa processing
Handle attendance, leave records, and basic payroll support
Support the daily administrative operations and office coordination
Maintain filing systems, databases, and HR reports
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors
Candidate Requirements
:
Minimum 2 years of experience in
HR/Admin role in UAE Real Estate
Knowledge of UAE labor law and HR procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
Must be available for immediate joining
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
