Provide executive-level administrative support to the Chairman.
Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Draft and prepare official letters, reports, and documentation.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and records.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience working as an Executive Secretary in an educational institution (mandatory).
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional demeanor, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
