Chairman's Office Manager
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a relevant field.
- Minimum of 4 years' of relevant experience in executive administration, with at least 3 years supporting a C-Level executive (Chairman, CEO, or General Manager)
- Proven experience in the construction or engineering sector is highly preferred.
- Full professional fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Responsibilities:
- Organizing the Chairman's daily schedule and scheduling internal and external meetings.
- Preparing the daily files and reports the Chairman needs for review and decision-making.
- Arranging all travel bookings (flights, hotels, transportation), both domestic and international, for the Chairman.
- Maintaining and archiving all documents and files in an organized and secure manner for easy access.
- Coordinating between the Chairman's office and the various departments and divisions within the company.
