Executive Secretary/Chairman's Personal Assistant Wanted
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Executive Secretary/Personal Assistant to support our Chairman. This key role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and a strong ability to manage complex schedules and correspondence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Chairman's schedule, ensuring seamless day-to-day activities
- Handle confidential correspondence, reports, and documents
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide administrative support and ensure office operations run smoothly
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Secretary or Personal Assistant
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
- Having valid driving license
