Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
Assist in recruitment process (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews)
Maintain employee records and HR database
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding procedures
Prepare offer letters, contracts, and HR documents
Handle visa processing, renewals, and employee documentation
Assist in employee attendance, payroll preparation & leave management
Address employee queries and support HR policies implementation
Manage employee files and confidential information
Administration:
Manage office operations and support daily administrative tasks
Prepare and manage documents, reports, and correspondence
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
Handle office supplies, asset tracking, and maintenance requests
Assist management in company communications and scheduling
Maintain proper filing systems and office organization
Support management in administrative and operational tasks as required
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
1-3 years of HR/Admin experience (UAE experience preferred)
Knowledge of UAE labor laws & visa procedures
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and handle work pressure
