Job Description

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
  • Minimum - 2 years' experience
  • Strong communication skills (Written & Verbal)
:
  • Assist in Administration activities of HR & Admin Department
  • Assist in preparing the payroll of the company employees
  • Coordinate with timekeepers / document controller for the timesheets
  • Update the employee documents in ERP system
  • Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
  • Assist HR Officer in recruitment process
  • Prepare the company letters
  • Arrange the meetings
