Attends inbound and makes outbound calls
Registers and follow up customer's complaint/s
Handles customer's credit and power retailers account
Prepares quotations / estimation to customers
Prepares weekly reports on power retailers
Handles reception on parts inquiries and registration of walk in customers
Ensures all field technicians address customers' complaint/s and request
Develops customer feedback system to ensure customer satisfaction
Sends daily and monthly report to the manager
Performs other related clerical, admin and sales jobs
Addresses customer's queries
Prepares and handles company petty cash expenses
Prepares Statement of Accounts of various parties and follows up
Coordinate with technicians
Sends daily and monthly report to the manager
Handles prospective clients and provides counseling
Performs other related clerical, admin and sales jobs
Handles clients in a professional manner
Deals with customer issues
Processes customer orders
Keeps up to date with product developments
Calls clientele
Devise snew sales or marketing strategies
Works with other departments
