Position Overview
ADNOC Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to execute Tubular Running Services (TRS) operations on-site. The role involves safe and efficient handling of TRS equipment, routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and supporting supervisors in delivering high-quality service while guiding junior operators.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute TRS activities on-site including equipment setup, operation, and dismantling.
• Operate TRS equipment and perform routine maintenance to ensure reliability.
• Monitor and adjust equipment for optimal performance during operations.
• Follow ADNOC Drilling safety policies, attend safety drills, and report hazards or incidents.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs with maintenance teams.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks to verify compliance with standards.
• Maintain accurate logs of TRS operations, maintenance activities, and equipment usage.
• Prepare reports on operational performance, safety incidents, and maintenance updates.
• Support supervisors in achieving operational goals and continuous improvement.
• Provide guidance to junior operators and assist in training programs.

Ideal Profile

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Petroleum, Mechanical, or related Engineering field.
• 3-5 years' experience in oilfield services with a focus on TRS operations.
• Proven expertise in operating and maintaining TRS equipment.
• Strong safety awareness and commitment to ADNOC standards.
• Ability to troubleshoot, record, and report accurately in field environments.
