We are looking for a reliable and skilled

Maintenance Worker

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day maintenance tasks across our properties, ensuring everything is functioning properly and well-presented for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting tasks in apartments (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc.) Carry out preventive maintenance checks regularly Respond promptly to urgent repair requests from management or guests Support in property upgrades and renovations as required Ensure all work is completed safely and up to company standards Travel between properties in Dubai as needed

Requirements:

Proven experience as a maintenance worker, technician, or similar role Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work

Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Flexible with working hours (including weekends if required)
