Job Summary:

Silk Road Holiday Homes is looking for a skilled and dependable Technician to join our maintenance and operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a range of technical tasks, ensuring all systems and equipment within our properties function smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine maintenance and emergency repairs on property systems and equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or mechanical systems. Install, test, and maintain new equipment and appliances as needed. Keep accurate records of maintenance work and inspections. Ensure all work is done in compliance with safety and company standards. Collaborate with the property management team to meet guest satisfaction goals.

Requirements:

Prior experience in a similar technician role (property maintenance or facility management preferred). Technical diploma or certification in a relevant field (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, etc.). Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics. Good communication and teamwork skills. Physically fit and capable of manual work. Valid driver's license is a plus.
