Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES



Carry out daily property inspections and fill checklist to identify and resolve issues.

Check the (MEP) electrical and equipment systems of villas (property) to ensure functionality.

Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities including landscaping and pools.

Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary / parts items

Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance.

Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities.

Oversee preventative and corrective maintenance activities for tools, machinery, electrical systems, plumbing, and AC.

Ensure all maintenance work is performed safely and in compliance with local and federal regulations.

Respond to emergency maintenance requests quickly and efficiently.

Order and manage inventory of parts, tools, and supplies.

Other tasks that may arise as per the instruction of the manager.

REQUIREMENTS



5 Years Experience in UAE as an all around technician for a facilities and maintenance company.

High School plus Diploma in related trades.

Shared Accommodation and food provided.

Uniform Provided

1 month vacation + paid travel ticket

6 days a week work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
