All - around Maintenance Technician
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled All - around Maintenance Technician with experience in handling major maintenance issues. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the overall condition of our facilities, ensuring that any significant repairs, such as water heater changes, mold remediation, and painting are completed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform major repairs, including changing water heaters and addressing plumbing issues.
- Identify and remediate mold and mildew in various areas.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on facilities.
- Manage interior and exterior painting projects as needed.
- Collaborate with housekeeping staff to ensure timely and thorough maintenance.
- Respond to maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- HVAC, MEP and Carpentry background.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks, including lifting heavy objects.
- Must have Dubai Driving License for Minivan with Manual Gear
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
