Job Summary

We are hiring a skilled and responsible

Maintenance Supervisor

to manage and supervise daily maintenance operations across civil and mechanical disciplines within residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on knowledge of general maintenance works -- including plumbing, painting, carpentry, tiling, and mechanical systems such as pumps, drainage, and HVAC basics. The supervisor will oversee technician teams, ensure timely task completion, and uphold quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day maintenance tasks and allocate jobs to technicians based on priority and skill. Conduct site inspections and audits to identify issues in civil and mechanical systems. Oversee repair, replacement, and installation works for plumbing, masonry, painting, carpentry, and mechanical equipment. Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules across multiple sites. Monitor attendance, performance, and safety compliance of the maintenance team. Interact with clients or property managers for work approvals, updates, and feedback. Prepare daily and weekly work reports and ensure proper documentation of completed tasks. Ensure availability of required materials, tools, and consumables for scheduled jobs. Provide technical support and guidance to technicians when needed. Escalate major faults to engineers or management as required.

Qualifications & Skills

Diploma or Technical Certification in Mechanical, Civil, or Building Maintenance.

Minimum 2-4 years of experience

in facility maintenance, including 1-2 years in a supervisory role. Strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical basics, HVAC systems, civil works (tiling, painting, masonry, carpentry). Proven experience in managing maintenance teams and resolving on-site technical issues. Good leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Valid UAE driving license is mandatory

for daily site visits. Ability to read basic technical drawings and interpret job scopes. Familiarity with safety procedures and site documentation.

Pay: AED 2,000 to 3,000 per month
