The

Maintenance Supervisor

works under the general guidance and supervision of the Maintenance Engineer. This position is responsible to oversees and coordinates to workers in maintaining and repairing electrical, plumbing, ventilation and other outlet requirements to ensure continuity of operations are performed in a safely manner. This role also ensures to maintain adequate inventories of tools, supplies and parts to accurately repair all equipment.

Electrical Maintenance Supervisor

to oversee electrical systems and ensure their optimal performance for a

reputed organization in Qatar

. The ideal candidate will manage maintenance operations, ensure compliance with safety standards, and support the efficient functioning of all electrical installations across the facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the operation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems. Conduct regular inspections to ensure electrical systems are safe and functioning efficiently. Plan, coordinate, and oversee preventive maintenance activities. Troubleshoot and resolve technical electrical issues promptly. Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and other engineering teams for installations, upgrades, and repairs. Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and reports. Support energy management initiatives and cost-efficient solutions. Assist in electrical design review and implementation of facility upgrades.

Qualification, Experience, and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in

Electrical Engineering

. Minimum

3 years' experience

in Facility Maintenance and O&M projects. Strong technical knowledge for

Facility Maintenance Supervisors

. Proven experience in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and operational efficiency. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team coordination skills. Familiarity with building management systems (BMS) and relevant software tools. Knowledge of local regulations and safety standards. Locally available in Qatar with valid visa and QID
