Our Completions and Wellbore Interventions manufacturing team provides industry-leading products and services that optimize the extraction, production and processing of energy. We help a diverse range of customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity. Our team is responsible for the manufacturing of high-quality and innovative products.

Partner with the best

You are responsible to install, maintain, and repair internal factory equipment and supervise employees who perform maintenance and tool making. You will be responsible for:

• Knowing the operational status of field equipment at the site and maintaining it when appropriate.
• Being responsible for all maintenance planning and exclusion of the tools according to Baker Hughes requirements.
• Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of repairs performed and regularly maintain technical and business documentations.
• Preparing and supervising the operations at the site.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Degree, or High School Diploma / GED from an accredited school or institution.
• Have at least 5 years working experience in a similar role
• Be able to understand CNC machine tools and maintain equipment
• Be able to work with and influence stakeholders, able to deal effectively with uncertainty
• Be a strategic thinking with tactical execution with a sense of urgency.
