Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced
Maintenance Manager
with strong
project management capabilities
to oversee all installation, repair, and upkeep operations of company facilities. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management, with a results-driven mindset and leadership skills to lead a team and manage complex projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, supervise, and coordinate the daily operations of the maintenance department.
Develop and implement preventative and corrective maintenance programs.
Plan, schedule, and execute maintenance and renovation projects within budget and timeline.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
Oversee and manage service contracts and external maintenance providers.
Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and resolve issues.
Maintain inventory and ensure the availability of required materials and equipment.
Prepare maintenance reports, budgets, and project status updates.
Support the planning and implementation of CAPEX projects, including vendor selection, budgeting, and commissioning.
Train, mentor, and evaluate maintenance staff performance.
Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of maintenance activities.
Tender the projects and service contracts and submit to management the comparison with best options
Project Management Responsibilities:
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Manage full project lifecycle: from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate internal and external resources for the flawless execution of projects.
Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
Minimum 6-10 years of experience in maintenance operations, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
Proven project management experience; PMP certification is a plus.
Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
Solid understanding of budgeting and performance management.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
