Job Overview
As Programme Manager, you will be the central orchestrator of Majid Al Futtaim's enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA rollout. You will align IT, business leads, and PMOs across multiple countries while ensuring governance, risk mitigation, and executive communications are consistently executed. If you're a proactive problem-solver with deep ERP transformation expertise, this role offers significant strategic influence.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a detailed integrated project plan that aligns with all business and IT workstreams
• Manage interdependencies and identify bottlenecks in coordination with central PMO and business leaders
• Track KPIs and publish dashboards that provide real-time visibility to executive leadership
• Enforce project governance, including templates, approval gates, and meeting structures
• Anticipate and escalate risks early while leading cross-functional issue resolution
• Deliver high-impact executive reports, status updates, and C-level decision memos
• Foster a culture of transparency, knowledge sharing, and accountability across teams
• Conduct quality assurance reviews prior to deployment waves to validate readiness

Job Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience managing large-scale technology programs
• At least 6 years of experience in PMO or programme leadership roles
• Proven experience leading multi-country ERP implementations, preferably SAP S/4HANA
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent)
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Experience in working with distributed teams across time zones
• Excellent organizational, risk management, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Familiarity with digital transformation frameworks and enterprise-wide change management
