As a Project Associate Manager in the B2B division at Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless delivery of new developments and refurbishments. You will engage with internal teams, external consultants, and global brand partners to ensure technical compliance, design integrity, and timely completion of all projects. Key Responsibilities

Lead the full lifecycle of multiple B2B projects, including new developments and refurbishments
Ensure timely, on-budget, and standard-compliant project delivery
Optimize gross lettable area for maximum profitability
Coordinate with brand principals and internal stakeholders to align project scope and execution
Supervise contractors, consultants, and suppliers for efficient and compliant implementation
Drive the pre-contract phase by delivering technical input and design briefs
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure cost control throughout project stages
Oversee procurement and appointment of contractors as per internal policies
Serve as the primary client liaison throughout project delivery

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical)
Additional certifications in Cost Management or Architecture preferred
Minimum 7 years of experience in project management roles within retail or commercial real estate
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Proficient knowledge of design, construction methodologies, and project controls
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships
Excellent time management and documentation abilities
