- Managing the preventive maintenance cycle in coordination with the Production department to ensure minimum downtime
- Effective handling of all emergency maintenance needs
- Responsible for the smooth operation of all equipment
- Management of the Maintenance team incl the recruitment, retention, and development of mechanics, engineers, and workers
- Reviewing, planning, and replenishing equipment, parts, and tools as needed.
- Maintaining minimum stock levels as per operations requirements, ensuring maximum availability.
- Sourcing suppliers and negotiating contracts for parts, equipment, and services
- Managing all service contracts for parts and equipment.
- Budgeting annual expenditure, including investment in new equipment.
- Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering
- Maintenance Management for 5 years
- Professional Experience in Factory/Production Line
- Project Management
- Prior experience in Flour/Grain mills
- Thorough knowledge o production processes
- Good understanding of the maintenance process
- Knowledge of factories and production lines
- Understanding of quality control measures and standards
