Maintenance Helper (Facilities/MEP) - Dubai

About the role

We're hiring a Maintenance Helper to support our technicians across electrical, plumbing, HVAC and civil works. You'll assist with basic repairs, materials handling and site housekeeping to keep facilities running safely and smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Assist technicians with routine/corrective maintenance: minor plumbing leaks, bulb/fixture replacement, filter changes, painting/patching, silicone/caulking, door/lock fixes, ceiling/gypsum touch-ups. Carry, stage and organize tools/materials; maintain clean, safe work areas. Take before/after photos, update job cards and follow work orders. Report faults, hazards and material needs to the supervisor. Use PPE and follow all safety procedures (including lock-out/tag-out where applicable). Support urgent call-outs and occasional night/weekend overtime.

Requirements:

0-2 years in maintenance/helping (MEP/fit-out/construction preferred). Basic knowledge of common hand/power tools; willingness to learn and follow instructions. Physically fit; able to lift ~25 kg and work at heights (ladders/scaffolding). Basic English. Punctual, reliable, team player;

Schedule:

9-hour shift (including break), 6 days/week; OT for emergencies as needed.
