Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Performing regular checks, cleaning, and minor repairs to ensure proper functioning and sanitation (barns and milking parlors) Inspecting and repairing fences to contain livestock and maintaining water systems for both animals and other farm operations. Ensuring the overall cleanliness and upkeep of buildings, grounds, and surrounding areas. Assisting with waste management, including manure handling, and ensuring proper drainage to prevent waterlogging and maintain sanitary conditions. Performing routine maintenance, such as lubricating moving parts, checking fluids, and assisting with repairs on tractors, loaders, and other farm equipment. Helping with the maintenance and cleaning of milking machines, ensuring proper functionality and hygiene. Assisting in the maintenance of feeding systems, including mixers, conveyors, and feeders. Ensuring proper ventilation in barns and other livestock areas, including checking fans, vents, and air quality. Assisting with the maintenance of heating systems in colder climates, ensuring adequate temperature control for livestock. Maintaining water troughs, pipes, and other water delivery systems, ensuring a consistent and clean water supply for the animals. Regularly inspecting all farm infrastructure and equipment for potential issues. Maintaining records of maintenance activities, equipment usage, and repair logs. Enforcing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations. Assisting with coordinating maintenance activities with other farm staff and potentially with external contractors for specialized repairs.

Pay: AED2,000.00 per month
