The MEP Team Leader / Supervisor will manage and supervise mechanical, electrical and plumbing activities on site, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and guide MEP technicians and helpers on daily tasks.
Plan and allocate work schedules according to project priorities.
Timely handover steps to be made and detailed completion as per requirement of client for the works before the final inspection.
Check periodically to assure established specifications are met.
Make necessary arrangements for daily materials needed for the working site.

Coordinate with site team, sub contractors, and report to manager.
Ensure safety standards, permit-to-work procedures, and company policies are followed.
Maintain daily reports, checklists, and documentation.
Drop and pick labors upon requirement.
Candidates should have manual light vehicle license valid in UAE

Requirements
Diploma/ITI/Technical certification in Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing or similar.
Minimum 3-5 years' MEP experience, including supervisory and site team handling and coordinating exposure.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, tools, and site practices.
Proven ability to supervise and motivate teams.
Good coordination and communication skills.
Willing to work flexible duty hours as required.
UAE experience preferred.
Immediate joiners highly preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
