Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and skilled
All-Rounder Maintenance Technician
to support our holiday home operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in general maintenance, be quick in problem-solving, and able to visit multiple apartments as required.Key Responsibilities
Perform
painting and touch-up work
in apartments before guest check-in. Handle basicelectrical tasks
--bulb replacement, switch/socket repair, minor wiring corrections. Carry outplumbing work
--fix leaks, unclog drains, repair taps, and related issues. Inspect properties and ensure everything is functioning properly before and after guest stays. Coordinate with the operations team for urgent maintenance calls. Maintain tools and ensure all work is completed professionally and neatly. Drive to different units across Dubai (Driving license required).Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in general maintenance. Strong skills in
painting, plumbing, and basic electrical work
. ValidUAE driving license
. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Flexible and available for urgent tasks when required.Salary & Benefits
