Job Overview:

We are looking to hire a Holiday Homes Operations Executive with prior experience in holiday homes or short-term rental operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing property listings, guest coordination, inspections, and day-to-day operational support to ensure high standards across all managed properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain property listings on short-term rental platforms (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.). Coordinate guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and professional experience. Conduct property inspections during check-in and check-out to ensure properties are in excellent condition. Perform random inspections of managed properties to maintain quality and compliance standards. Liaise with guests to handle queries, concerns, and resolve issues promptly. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure timely cleaning and repairs. Ensure properties meet company standards and guest expectations at all times. Report damages, maintenance issues, or operational concerns to management.

Requirements:

Minimum

1 year of experience

in holiday homes or short-term rental operations (mandatory). Familiarity with property listing platforms for short-term rentals. Strong guest relationship and customer service skills. Valid

UAE driving license

(mandatory). Ability to conduct fieldwork, including inspections across multiple properties. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of Dubai holiday homes regulations is a plus. Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail. Flexibility to work on weekends or shifts, if required.
