What youll do


Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities using SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) module. Monitor and track maintenance KPIs and ensure compliance with maintenance schedules. Collaborate with maintenance supervisors and technicians to ensure timely completion of tasks. Maintain and update equipment master data, maintenance plans, and history records in SAP. Support spare parts management by tracking inventory levels, initiating replenishment requests, and coordinating with the warehouse and procurement. Participate in root cause analysis of equipment failures and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. monitoring the maintenance budget; analyze variances and propose corrective actions. Generate reports on maintenance activities, spare part consumption, and budget utilization as required. Coordinate with other departments (Operations, Procurement, HSE) to align on maintenance-related requirements. Support in the documentation and revision of maintenance procedures and work instructions. Supports on-site the maintenance team for various activities on the shopfloor Comply with all company SHE policies, procedures, and legal requirements. Support SHE initiatives and continuous improvement programs in the maintenance department. Promote a strong safety culture within the team and across the site. What makes you a good fit


Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field) 0-2 years of relevant experience Knowledge of SAP Maintenance Module Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Strong communication and teamwork skills
