Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and execute civil maintenance work for buildings and facilities
Inspect sites, identify issues, and recommend corrective measures
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams
Ensure compliance with safety standards and municipal regulations
Prepare maintenance reports and documentation
Plan preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
Valid
G+4 or G+1 license
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
in building maintenance or facility management
Strong knowledge of civil works, finishing, and repair procedures
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
