Main Responsibilities

Assist in the delivery, installation, and setup of home hemodialysis machines and water treatment systems at patient residences. Perform routine maintenance, disinfection, and basic troubleshooting of dialysis equipment under supervision or following established protocols. Support inventory management by organizing and restocking supplies and equipment used in home dialysis. Document maintenance and service activities in compliance with regulatory standards and company policies. Coordinate with technical and clinical teams to ensure timely service and support. Respond to service calls or patient concerns about equipment functionality, escalating as needed to technical staff. Ensure compliance with safety standards, infection control practices, and manufacturer guidelines. Maintain accurate records of service schedules, parts usage, and maintenance logs. Performs other related tasks when needed

8. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE


ESSENTIAL PREFERRED


Education - High school
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training preferred.


Experience - 2 years as maintenance assistant
- 3 years in similar role


Certification and Licensure - Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Advanced mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.


Job Specific Knowledge and Skills - Valid driver's license and clean driving record; willingness to travel to patient homes
- Familiarity with dialysis machines and water treatment systems.
