We are looking for an experienced
Maintenance Supervisor (MEP - Plumbing)
with strong knowledge in
sewage pipeline systems, water network pipelines, electrical works, STP operations, and swimming pool maintenance
. The supervisor will oversee daily maintenance activities, manage technicians, and ensure all systems operate efficiently and safely.
upervise and coordinate all
plumbing maintenance
, repair, and installation works.
Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair
sewage pipelines, manholes, lifting stations
, and drainage networks.
Manage
water supply pipelines
, pumps, valves, and distribution systems.
Ensure proper preventive maintenance schedules for all plumbing systems.
Sewage & STP Operations
Monitor and supervise
STP equipment
, pumps, blowers, dosing systems, and filtration units.
Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and environmental standards.
Coordinate desludging, pipeline flushing, and sewer cleaning operations.
Swimming Pool Maintenance
Oversee pool water quality, chemical balancing, filtration system operation, and pump room maintenance.
Monitor pool safety and cleanliness according to approved standards.
Electrical Maintenance
Supervise minor electrical repairs such as control panels, pumps, motors, lighting, and wiring.
Support MEP troubleshooting by coordinating with electricians and technicians.
Team & Site Management
Supervise daily activities of technicians and allocate jobs as required.
Conduct site inspections and prepare maintenance reports.
Ensure all maintenance work follows safety procedures and company standards.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and management for smooth site operations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Diploma / ITI in Mechanical, Plumbing, or MEP-related field.
Minimum
3-5 years
experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in MEP/Facility Management.
Strong technical knowledge in
plumbing systems, sewage networks, water supply, STP, and basic electrical work
.
Ability to read drawings and understand technical layouts.
Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
UAE experience preferred.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
