Site Supervisor (Plumbing - MEP)
Job Title: Site Supervisor - Plumbing & Drainage
Reports To: MEP Manager / Project Manager
Job Summary:
The Site Supervisor for Plumbing is responsible for the direct supervision of all plumbing and drainage installation activities on site. You will ensure that work is carried out safely, on schedule, and in strict accordance with the approved drawings and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and direct the work of foremen, technicians, and laborers for all plumbing, sanitary, and drainage installations.
• Read and interpret MEP drawings, schematics, and specifications to guide the work crew.
• Monitor daily work progress and report to the MEP Manager.
• Coordinate with other MEP trades (HVAC, Electrical) and civil contractors to avoid clashes.
• Ensure all materials used and work performed are as per approved submittals and ITPs.
• Assist the QA/QC team in conducting inspections and resolving site queries.
• Monitor tool and material usage to control waste and ensure availability.
• Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols on site.
• Maintain daily site records, including work progress, manpower, and issues.

Qualifications & Experience:

• A Diploma or ITI Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or Plumbing.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP site supervision, with a strong focus on plumbing systems for buildings.
• Hands-on experience in the installation of pipes, fixtures, pumps, and drainage systems.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and schematics.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
